Dye-Lot Consistency Guarantee
For repeat corporate clients ordering the same colour across multiple events, we track fabric batch numbers. Specify your original order number when re-booking and we'll match your batch to prevent shade mismatches under venue lighting.
Refundable Shortage Deposit
A refundable R500–R1,000 holding deposit is appended to confirmed orders. Any missing units or permanent fabric damage are deducted at R250 per cloth before the balance is automatically refunded.
