Do I need to wash hired tablecloths before returning them?

No. Return the tablecloths exactly as they are after your event — dirty, stained, or crumpled. Our commercial laundering service handles all cleaning. This is included in the hire rate.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum order. We hire from a single tablecloth statement up to large-scale multi-venue events with hundreds of tables.

How far in advance should I book for a wedding in Gauteng?

For core stock items (white, black, cream), same-week bookings are often possible. For custom colours, patterned cloths, or large quantities, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance. We are currently taking bookings for August 2026 onwards.

What is the difference between a tablecloth overlay and a tablecloth?

A tablecloth is the base layer that covers the entire table, typically dropping to the floor or near it. An overlay is a smaller decorative square or rectangle placed on top of the tablecloth, usually in a contrasting colour or fabric (such as gold satin or sequin), to add visual interest to the table setting.

What happens if a tablecloth is damaged or goes missing?

A refundable R500–R1,000 shortage deposit is appended to all confirmed orders. Linens are counted pre-dispatch and recount-verified at our commercial laundry on return. Missing units or permanent damage (burns, tears) are deducted at R250 per cloth before the remaining deposit is refunded.

Can I hire tablecloths for a small event of 10 tables?

Absolutely. There is no minimum order. We regularly supply small church functions, birthday dinners, and intimate events with as few as 5–10 tablecloths.
